This area has been neglected for a longtime and needs beautification, new businesses and opportunities for the community to flourish.

In your pie graph and your outreach the sizeable LatinX community has been left out. There needs to be a campaign to engage these families.

With all of the plans and suggestions cited as preceding this effort. Why are we still waiting for progress. Development follows sewers.
