Legalize attached homes. Something needs to be built besides giant complexes of multifamily homes.

Please no more huge overpriced apartments. Please focus on single family homes and small scale co-op, townhomes for first time home buyers.

Stricter aesthetic restrictions on new developments. Work with local historians to determine architectural details to keep a classic charm
